Role A – Risk Management Analyst
What they do: identify and document program and project risk, maintain the risk register, run risk review sessions with government leads, quantify exposure, track mitigation actions to closure, and report risk posture to management.
MUST HAVE
- Three or more years in risk management, audit or internal controls
- Built and maintained a risk register on a real program, not in theory
- Comfortable presenting unwelcome findings to a government customer
- Advanced Excel; able to build a quantified risk model
- US person, able to pass a federal suitability background investigation
NICE TO HAVE
- Federal real property or facilities program experience
- PMP, CRISC or a recognized risk credential
- Familiarity with GSA PBS programs
Role B – Financial Analyst
What they do: budget formulation and execution tracking, obligation and expenditure reporting, invoice review and reconciliation, spend plan maintenance, variance analysis with a written explanation of the variance.
MUST HAVE
- Three or more years in federal budget or financial analysis
- Worked with appropriated funds and understands color of money, obligations and expirations
- Advanced Excel; reconciliation experience against a system of record
- US person, federal suitability background investigation
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a federal financial system such as Pegasys, Momentum or a comparable ERP
- Accounting or finance degree
Role C – Administrative Support Specialist
MUST HAVE
- Two or more years of professional administrative support
- Microsoft Office at a working level, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Document control and records management experience
- US person, federal suitability background investigation
