Deployment of the 5G NR Network. Monitor & Troubleshooting Radio Frequency problems by giving the recommended solutions. Daily monitoring of Key Performance Indicators of the network based on hourly/daily counters. Integrating new 5G Sites with end-to-end performance optimization including initial tuning. Troubleshooting the Problematic sites and providing the recommended actions for all related KPIs. Investigating 5G mobility/ Retainability/ accessibility issues. Improving the User experience by improving Network KPIs. Perform 5G NR Wireless optimization, analyze drive test, and KPIs, and provide recommendations for improvement of network performance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering or related field. 2 years experience in Radio Frequency Engineer or related jobs. 2 years of experience in RAN Performance/Optimization working on 5G network. 2 years of Network troubleshooting, monitor, analysis, and Auditing using OMCR.1 year of experience with Optimization tools, DT measurement tools (ex. TEMS), and post-processing tools (ex. Actix). 1 year experience in the following: Implementation of new features and tuning 5G (LTE) radio network parameters. Investigation in the Network’s Main KPIS with low data throughout, Call Drops and Call Access Failures to achieve a better user experience. Using 4G/5G LTE parameters, KPI counters & Multi-Layer Cluster Optimization including LTE/VOLTE.
