Marketing Specialist

Define the digital marketing strategy for products and services that drives new customer acquisition and increases engagement with existing customers. Drive business planning activities using customer/market insights and benchmarking data to inform decision-making. Conducting experiments and A/B testing initiatives to test and isolate learning for what worked and did not. Provide insights as well as recommendations for changes required in the future go-to-market plans on Digital Media. Measure the effectiveness of marketing content and consistently test & learn how to improve key KPIs. Own the content marketing calendar to help drive engagement. Develop and implement end-to-end integrated marketing programs. Tactically devises strategies and approaches for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), content marketing, influencer marketing, campaign marketing, social media marketing, and online marketing projects. Monitors the execution of web projects and ensure such project are completed and delivered on time. Ensure that the website is of the highest quality in content and design, easily accessible, and responsive to the needs of all stakeholders

Hours: F/T, M-F, 9AM-5PM.

SALARY: $47,195/year

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field. 2 years of experience in Marketing Specialist,  Market Research Analyst or related positions. Experience must include 2 years of experience designing Digital marketing and advertising campaigns and 1 year Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and 1 year Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
